胃肠道血管发育异常的研究进展

Abstract:
胃肠道血管发育异常是一种罕见但临床上重要的血管异常，见于胃肠道粘膜和粘膜下层。它们的临床影响各不相同，从无症状的口腔感染到危及生命的出血。在这篇综述中，我们批判性地评价了当前文献中关于这些病变的病理、临床表现和治疗的关键发现。
Gastrointestinal vascular dysplasia is a rare but clinically important vascular abnormality found in the gastrointestinal mucosa and submucosa. Their clinical effects vary from asymptomatic oral infections to life-threatening bleeding. In this review, we critically evaluate key findings in the current literature regarding the pathology, clinical presentation, and treatment of these lesions.
