某油田拉油井VOCs治理研究

Abstract:

目前VOCs治理研究主要集中在石油炼化企业、石油化工企业、加油站和油品储备库等,石油开采行业基本处于空白,随着国家相应环保法规和标准的不断出台,石油开采行业VOCs治理势在必行。由于拉油井的敞开式工艺流程、喷溅式装卸等特点,拉油井VOCs治理在石油开采行业处于突出位置。基于此,本文分析了拉油井产生的原因,VOCs产生的主要环节,进而开展了密闭回收为主的工艺技术研究。通过一系列的关键技术的研究,消除了VOCs对环境造成的危害,达到了节能减排的目的,产生了较好的社会效益和经济效益,也为其他油田VOCs治理提供一定的借鉴意义。
At present, the research on VOCs governance mainly focuses on petroleum refining and petrochemical enterprises, petrochemical enterprises, gas stations and oil reserves, etc., and the oil exploitation industry is basically blank. With the continuous introduction of relevant national environmental laws and standards, VOCs governance of oil exploitation industry is imperative. Due to the characteristics of open process and splash handling of oil well, VOCs treatment of oil well is in a prominent position in the oil exploitation industry. Based on this, this paper analyzes the causes of oil pulling well, the main link of VOCs generation, and then carries out the process technology research of closed recovery. Through a series of key technology research, the harm caused by VOCs to the environment is eliminated, the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction is achieved, good social and economic benefits are produced, and also provide some reference for other oil fields.
