数字技术背景下中国经济学学术期刊投稿体验优化研究——基于交易成本的视角
Research on Optimizing the Submission Experience of Chinese Academic Economics Journals in the Context of Digital Technology—Based on the Perspective of Transaction Costs

优化经济学学术期刊投稿体验有助于构建中国经济学自主知识体系。基于“万维书刊网”数据，使用ROST CM 6软件对投稿人评论高频词、语义网络和情感体验进行文本分析，结果显示：审稿时间长短、投稿流程是否顺畅、创作劳动是否被尊重是主要影响因素。论文发表是投稿人和期刊之间基于某种制度形成的契约关系。基于交易成本理论分析发现，权责界定不清、信息沟通不畅、监督机制滞后、激励机制不健全是问题的成因。建议规范双方权利义务、建设新型采编平台、优化期刊评价监督机制与完善编辑激励措施。
Optimizing the experience of submitting articles to academic journals in economics helps to build an independent knowledge system of economics in China. Based on the data from the “Eshukan”, ROST CM 6 was used to analyze the high-frequency words, semantic networks, and affective experiences of contributors’ comments, and the results showed that the length of reviewing time, the smoothness of the submission process, and the respect for creative labor are the main influencing factors. Dissertation publication is a contractual relationship between contributors and journals based on a certain system. Based on the analysis of transaction cost theory, it is found that unclear definitions of rights and responsibilities, poor information communication, lagging supervision mechanism, and unsound incentive mechanism are the causes of the problem. It is suggested to regulate the rights and obligations of both parties, build a new type of editorial platform, optimize the evaluation and supervision mechanism of journals and improve the incentives for editors.
