基于脑肠轴理论探讨帕金森病的中医研究进展

Abstract:

帕金森病是中老年群体中一种常见的退行性神经病变疾病,因其临床上病程长及伴随并发症多等特点,中医治疗帕金森病在改善帕金森病非运动症状方面优势明显,针对西药产生的不良反应也有所减少。因此,中西医结合治疗帕金森病是目前临床一大热点。近年来,随着脑肠轴理论的兴起,基于脑肠轴探讨中医药治疗帕金森病,利用微生物菌群–肠道–大脑神经内分泌轴的双向调节机制,能够改善帕金森患者的运动症状与非运动症状,延缓病程进展,提高生活质量。本文从脑肠轴方面探究了帕金森病的中医相关研究进展。
Parkinson’s disease is a common degenerative neuropathy disease in the middle-aged and elderly population. Because of its long clinical course and many complications, traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Parkinson’s disease has obvious advantages in improving non-motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease, and the adverse reactions caused by Western medicine have also been reduced. Therefore, the treatment of Parkinson’s disease with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is a hot spot in clinical practice. In recent years, with the rise of the theory of brain-gut axis, Parkinson’s disease has been treated with traditional Chinese medicine based on the brain-gut axis. The two-way regulation mechanism of the microbial flora-gut-brain neuroendocrine axis can improve the motor symptoms and non-motor symptoms of Parkinson’s patients, delay the progression of the disease and improve the quality of life. This paper explores the research progress of Parkinson’s disease in traditional Chinese medicine from the aspect of brain-gut axis.
