房颤射频消融术后复发与房颤类型的关系
Relationship between Recurrence of Atrial Fibrillation after Radiofrequency Ablation and the Type of Atrial Fibrillatio

目的：探讨房颤射频消融术后复发与房颤类型的关系，深入分析房颤的分类及射频消融技术的基本原理，探讨了术后复发的可能影响因素。方法：收集首次行经导管RFCA的房颤患者216例，随访12个月，其中阵发性房颤患者134例(62%)，持续性房颤患者82例(38%)，通过系统回顾患者资料，并结合术后随访结果，分析房颤射频消融术后复发的影响因素，总结了不同房颤类型对射频消融术后效果的影响。结果：房颤射频消融术后复发组与未复发组比较，研究结果显示房颤类型是影响射频消融术后复发的重要因素之一，为临床对于不同类型房颤患者的个体化治疗策略制定提供指导，降低房颤患者术后复发率，提高生活质量提供了参考依据。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the type of atrial fibrillation and the recurrence of radiofrequency ablation atrial fibrillation (AF), to analyze the classification of AF and the basic principles of radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA), and to explore the possible influencing factors of AF recurrence. Methods: 216 patients with AF who underwent RFCA for the first time were followed up for 12 months, including 134 patients with paroxysmal AF (62%) and 82 patients with persistent AF (38%). In combination with the postoperative follow-up results, the factors affecting the Radiofrequency ablation recurrence of AF were analyzed, and the effects of different types of AF on the Radiofrequency ablation outcome were summarized. Result: Compared with the non recurrent group, the recurrent group after radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation showed that the type of atrial fibrillation is one of the important factors affecting the recurrence after radiofrequency ablation. This provides guidance for individualized treatment strategies for different types of atrial fibrillation patients in clinical practice, reduces the postoperative recurrence rate of atrial fibrillation patients, and improves their quality of life.
