淋巴瘤患者心理体验的系统评价

Abstract:
目的：系统评价淋巴瘤患者心理体验的质性研究。方法：计算机检索PubMed、Embase、The Cochrane Library、Web of Science、Scopus、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据、维普中文生物医学期刊中关于淋巴瘤患者心理体验及需求的质性研究，检索时限为建库至2024年3月。采用澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评级标准对文献质量进行评价、采用汇集性整合方法进行结果整合。结果：共纳入18篇文献，提炼出65个研究结果，归纳概括成10个新类别，合成3个整合结果：负性情绪体验及应对；正性情绪体验；内心需求未得到满足。结论：淋巴瘤患者在疾病的不同阶段存在不同的疾病负担，产生负性情绪体验，但仍会努力应对；希望回归正常生活，心怀感恩；淋巴瘤患者内心需求未得到满足，希望得到外界支持。医护人员未来可对淋巴瘤患者给予系统地，有针对性地干预措施，联合相关机构给予更多的外界支持，深入了解并满足其内心需求，增加正性情绪，减少负性情绪，从而提高生活质量。
Objective: To systematically review the psychological experience of lymphoma survivors. Methods: We searched databases, including the PubMed, Embase, The Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Scopus, CNKI, CBM, Wanfang and VIP from inception to March 2024, to collect qualitative studies on the psychological experience of lymphoma survivors. The quality of included studies was evaluated according to JBI Critical Appraisal Tool for qualitative studies in Australia. Meta-synthesis was used to integrate results. Results: A total of 18 studies were included, and 65 complete findings were summarized into 10 categories. These categories resulted in 3 synthesized findings: Negative emotional experience and coping; positive emotional experience; inner needs are not being met. Conclusion: Patients with lymphoma have different disease burdens at different stages of the disease and experience negative emotions, but still struggle to cope; hoping to return to a normal life and feeling grateful; lymphoma patients have unmet inner needs and want outside support. In the future, medical staff can provide systematic and targeted intervention measures for lymphoma patients, provide more external support in conjunction with relevant institutions, deeply understand and meet their inner needs, increase positive emotions and reduce negative emotions, so as to improve the quality of life.
