双能CT在结直肠癌术前分期与淋巴结诊断中的研究进展

Abstract:
结直肠癌(CRC)是消化道常见恶性肿瘤之一，术前分期与淋巴结转移影响着患者的治疗与预后，但确定其的金标准是病理活检。双能CT (DECT)可以通过各种参数定量分析，无创的描述，为临床提供重要价值。本文就近年双能CT在术前分期与淋巴结诊断的研究进展进行综述。
Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the common malignant tumors of digestive tract. Preoperative staging and lymph node metastasis affect the treatment and prognosis of patients, but the gold standard for determining CRC is pathological biopsy. Dual-energy CT (DECT) can provide important clinical value by quantitative analysis of various parameters and non-invasive description. This article reviews the recent progress of dual-energy CT in preoperative staging and lymph node diagnosis.
