Abstract:

随着乡村振兴战略全面推进,国家和社会对基层的关注度持续升温。乡村振兴不仅为了基层而兴起,更是为了基层而建设。在这一背景下,基层公务员作为党和政府联系人民群众的桥梁和纽带,肩负着推动乡村振兴战略深入实施的重要使命。他们的工作积极性,直接关联着基层政府的行政效能,进而影响乡村振兴战略的实际效果。因此,本文立足于当前我国基层公务员面临的激励困境,深入剖析激励体系中存在的问题,并探寻有效的优化路径和对策,旨在为乡村振兴背景下如何高效激励基层公务员担当作为,提供有力的理论支撑和实践指导。
With the comprehensive promotion of the rural revitalization strategy, the attention of the country and society to the grassroots continues to rise. Rural revitalization is not only rising for the grassroots, but also building for the grassroots. In this context, grassroots civil servants, as the bridge and link between the Party and the government and the people, shoulder the important mission of promoting the in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. Their work enthusiasm is directly related to the administrative efficiency of grassroots governments, which in turn affects the actual effectiveness of rural revitalization strategies. Therefore, this article focuses on the incentive difficulties faced by grassroots civil servants in China, deeply analyzes the problems in the incentive system, and explores effective optimization paths and countermeasures, intended to provide strong theoretical support and practical guidance on how to efficiently motivate grassroots civil servants to take on responsibilities in the context of rural revitalization.
