放置曼月乐环后月经淋漓不尽的中药治疗研究进展
Research Progress on the Treatment of Incomplete Menstrual Bleeding after Placing Mirena with Traditional Chinese Medicine

曼月乐(左炔诺孕酮宫内节育缓释系统LNG-IUS)是临床上常用的一种宫内T形塑料支架药物缓释装置。国内外诸多研究报道曼月乐宫内缓释系统可以治疗诸多妇科疾病，在治疗各种妇科疾病的基础上，还能够起到避孕的效果。但是在“曼月乐”置环术后的3~6个月，部分患者会出现经期延长、经血淋漓不尽等副反应，给患者的日常生活和身心健康带来了一定的影响，因此临床上许多学者致力于降低放置曼月乐环后导致的出血副反应研究，目前西医主要采用各类药物进行治疗，但由于药物的效果尚不理想，且有一定的副作用，仅靠西医尚不能圆满解决置环术后的出血副反应，近年来，大量专家学者深入研究发现祖国医学对该病的病因病机认识已基本趋向一致，且对该病的治疗方法也不断增加。
Mirena (levonorgestrel intrauterine birth slow-release system LNG-IUS) is a commonly used clinical intrauterine T-shaped plastic stent drug sustained-release device. Many studies at home and abroad have reported that the slow-release system with Mirena in uterus can treat many gynecological diseases, and on the basis of treating various gynecological diseases, it can also play the effect of contraception. But in 3~6 months after the “Mirena” ring surgery, some patients will have prolonged menstruation, blood and other side reactions, to the patients’ daily life and physical and mental health has a certain impact, so many clinical scholars are committed to reducing the placement of the ring caused by bleeding side reaction research. The western medicine mainly use all kinds of medicine treatment, but because the effect of drugs is not ideal, and have certain side effects, only by western medicine is not satisfactorily solve the ring bleeding after side reaction, in recent years, a large number of experts and scholars found that the cause of the etiology of the disease has basic trend is consistent, and the treatment of the disease is increasing.
