房颤患者导管消融后的中医药治疗研究进展

Abstract:
心房颤动是最常见的持续性心律失常，发病率呈不断上升的趋势。目前房颤的治疗主要包括药物治疗和手术治疗，其中导管消融术因其减少房颤发作次数及负荷、改善症状、提高生活质量等优点而被广泛应用。但与此同时，患者的远期预后深受术后出现的复发及相关并发症等不良后果的影响。而针对消融术后的复发、并发症的治疗以及患者生活质量的提高，中医药具有副作用小、疗效良好、应用灵活等优势。故本文将对中医药在房颤导管消融术后的应用进行论述。
Atrial fibrillation is the most common persistent arrhythmia, and its incidence is on the rise. At present, the treatment of atrial fibrillation mainly includes drug therapy and surgical treatment, in which catheter ablation is widely used because of its advantages such as reducing the frequency and load of atrial fibrillation, improving symptoms and improving the quality of life. But at the same time, the long-term prognosis of patients is deeply affected by postoperative recurrence and related complications and other adverse consequences. In view of the recurrence after ablation, the treatment of complications and the improvement of patients’ quality of life, traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of small side effects, good curative effect, flexible application and so on. Therefore, this article will discuss the application of traditional Chinese medicine after catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation.
