Abstract:

中华美育精神蕴含了中华民族优秀传统文化的精髓,其丰富的内涵和鲜明特征与高校心理健康教育契合。通过深入挖掘中华美育精神中的资源,并将其融入心理健康教育中,可以有效提升心理健康教育的实效性,进而促进大学生的全面发展。本文主张将中华美育精神与高校心理健康教育相结合,通过美育的熏陶和引领,增强大学生的心理素质,培养其积极向上的心态和健全的人格,为高校心理健康教育的创新发展提供新的思路和方法。
The spirit of Chinese aesthetic education embodies the essence of the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation, and its rich connotation and distinct characteristics are compatible with mental health education in colleges and universities. By deeply exploring the resources in the spirit of Chinese aesthetic education and integrating them into mental health education, the effectiveness of mental health education can be effectively improved, thereby promoting the comprehensive development of college students. This article advocates combining the spirit of Chinese aesthetic education with mental health education in colleges and universities. Through the influence and guidance of aesthetic education, the psychological quality of college students will be enhanced, and their positive attitude and sound personality will be cultivated, providing new ideas and methods for the innovative development of mental health education in colleges and universities.
