Abstract:

随着道路交通功能性的逐步完善,具有交通引导特性的彩色沥青路面在城市道路中得到了越来越多的应用。其中,彩色沥青路面的耐久抗老化性能是最值得关注的问题之一。本研究选用了评价沥青及其混合料性能最具代表性和精确性的两大试验:动态剪切流变试验与车辙试验,选取了彩色沥青与4种不同产地的基质沥青,进行了各沥青与对应的沥青混合料在经过不同程度老化后的高温与抗车辙性能的变化对比。试验结果表明,长期老化对于彩色沥青的高温指标影响不明显。彩色沥青混合料的抗车辙性能能够达到一般基质沥青的标准,在较高温度下,老化作用对彩色沥青与各基质沥青的粘弹性比例影响会减弱。此外,在混合料高温性能对老化敏感度方面的表现,彩色沥青混合料表现较好,能够满足正常路面要求。
With the gradual improvement of road traffic function, colored asphalt pavement with traffic guidance characteristics has been more and more applied in urban roads. One of the most noteworthy problems is the durability and anti-aging properties of colored asphalt pavement. In this study, two representative and accurate tests are selected to evaluate the performance of asphalt and its mixture, Dynamic Shear Rheometer test and wheel-tracking test were used respectively to compare the high temperature and rutting resistance properties of colored asphalt and 4 base asphalt of different origin under different aging conditions, as well as their corresponding asphalt mixture. The results revealed that the influence of extended aging on the high-temperature index of colored asphalt was not discernible. The rutting resistance of colored asphalt mixture could meet the standard of widely-used base asphalt mixture. At temperatures that are higher, the viscoelastic ratio of colored asphalt and base asphalt would be lessened due to aging. Moreover, the sensitivity of the colored asphalt mixture to aging at high temperatures was adequate enough to satisfy the needs of general roads.
