临近地铁超深基坑施工管控技术

Abstract:
超深基坑开挖势必引起基坑周边地层和建(构)筑物发生沉降变形,尤其基坑旁为运营地铁时,施工前必须提出管控技术要求,以保障地铁运营安全。本文针对机场线4标的华泾站4区超深基坑因临近地铁15号线而面临的变形控制问题,从地下连续墙、N-jet接缝加固、基坑降水以及基坑开挖方面采取管控措施,对既有线监测,评估应用效果,为同类工程施工提供经验。
The excavation of super-deep foundation pits will inevitably cause the ground around the foundation pit and the settlement deformation of the building (structure), especially when the subway is in operation next to the pit, the technical requirements of control must be put forward before the construction to ensure the safety of subway operation. In this paper, the deformation control of the ultra-deep foundation pit in Zone 4 of Huajing Station of the Airport Line 4, which is close to the subway line 15, is discussed, based on the control measures of diaphragm wall, N-jet joint reinforcement, dewatering of foundation pit and excavation of foundation pit, the monitoring of existing line and evaluation of application effect are carried out to provide experience for similar engineering construction.
