下肢静脉曲张术后并发症中医内外防治的现状与展望
The Present Situation and Prospect of Internal and External Prevention and Treatment of Postoperative Complications of Lower Extremity Varicose Veins by Traditional Chinese Medicine

下肢静脉曲张俗称“蚯蚓腿”，多发生于大隐静脉。目前已成为各地血管外科的首要病种，而且就诊人数呈逐年递增的趋势。微创治疗是手术治疗下肢静脉曲张的主要治疗方式之一，但术后并发症也逐渐成为血管外科防治的重点。近年来对下肢静脉曲张术后并发症不断深入研究，在中医内外防治上取得了新进展。本人回顾了近五年来有关文献，对下肢静脉曲张术后并发症中医内外防治进行了综述。
Varicose veins of the lower extremities, commonly known as “earthworm legs”, mostly occur in the great saphenous vein. At present, it has become the primary disease of vascular surgery in various regions, and the number of patients is increasing year by year. Minimally invasive treatment is one of the main treatment methods for surgical treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities, but postoperative complications have gradually become the focus of vascular surgical prevention and treatment. In recent years, the postoperative complications of varicose veins of lower extremities have been studied in depth, and new progress has been made in the internal and external prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. I reviewed the relevant literature in the past 5 years, and reviewed the internal and external prevention and treatment of postoperative complications of lower extremity varicose veins in traditional Chinese medicine.
