Research on Cultivation of Composite Environmental Protection Rule of Law Talents in the New Era

新时代生态环境保护工作全面纳入法治轨道，迫使政府生态环境部门、环保企业以及第三方力量环保民间组织加大对复合型环保法治人才的需求，对于推进生态环境保护和生态文明法治建设的深度融合具有重要意义。为此，本文提出高校环境法教学需因地制宜，设置环保启蒙与法律技能的双重目标；加强与生态环保发展议程的接轨；促进校企联合定向培养与实操训练，加强复合型环保法治人才的培养，助力政府、企业和环保民间组织共同推进生态文明法治建设。
The new era of ecological environmental protection work comprehensively into the rule of law track, forcing the government ecological environment departments, environmental protection enterprises and third-party forces environmental protection civil society organisations to increase the demand for complex environmental protection rule of law talents, for the advancement of ecological environmental protection and ecological civilisation and the rule of law construction of the depth of the integration of ecological civilisation is of great significance. In this regard, this paper proposes that the teaching of environmental law in colleges and universities should be adapted to local conditions, set the dual objectives of environmental enlightenment and legal skills, strengthen the convergence with the eco-environmental protection development agenda, promote the joint training of schools and enterprises in orientation and practical training to strengthen the cultivation of composite environmental protection and rule of law talents, and to help the government, enterprises and environmental protection civil society organizations to jointly promote the rule of law and the construction of an ecological civilization.
