Abstract:

网络直播带货在过去几年中迅速崛起并获得了广泛的关注。然而,随着它的普及,消费者权益保护问题日益凸显,消费者维权的难度不降反增。网络直播带货中商家不诚信经营和消费者维权困难等一系列消费者权益保护的问题,应当通过完善直播带货责任主体方的法律制度及创新直播带货消费方的维权通道来解决。
Online live streaming sales have rapidly risen and gained widespread attention in the past few years. However, with its popularization, the issue of protecting consumer rights has become increasingly prominent, and the difficulty of consumer rights protection has increased instead of decreasing. A series of consumer rights protection issues in online live streaming sales, such as dishonest business operations by merchants and difficulties in consumer rights protection, should be resolved through improving the legal system of the responsible parties for live streaming sales and innovating channels for consumer rights protection.
