在全球科技化的进程中，云时代来临，大数据技术的普及催生了各行业“智慧”的理念，各类图书馆也紧跟着时代的潮流对“智慧图书馆”进行了广泛的应用实践。鉴此，传统的图书馆模式已经不能满足于时代的需求，人们需要探寻一种新的思路、新的方法来更有效地获取信息。目前对于智慧图书馆的探索和其概念界定随着科技的进步与成熟，智慧图书馆所依托的是先进的信息技术、网络科技，使读者能够享受到智慧服务一体化的一个新型平台空间，智慧管理、智慧服务、网络科技和先进信息技术都是其智慧图书馆的基本构成要素。目前我国的智慧图书馆还有很多的不足之处，很大一部分会受到信息技术的限制。随着当今社会的不断发展，网络科技时代的全面普及，毫无疑问地会成为时代主流，必然对当下网络科技图书馆的建设有着举足轻重的作用。
In the process of global science and technology, with the advent of cloud era, the popularization of big data technology gave birth to the idea of “wisdom” in various industries, and various libraries followed the trend of the times to apply “wisdom library” extensively. In view of this, the traditional library model can no longer meet the needs of the times, and people need to explore a new way of thinking and methods to obtain information more effectively. At present, with the progress and maturity of science and technology, the smart library relies on advanced information technology and network technology, which enables readers to enjoy a new platform space integrating smart services. Smart management, smart services, network technology and advanced information technology are the basic elements of its smart library. At present, China’s smart library still has many shortcomings, and most of them will be limited by information technology. With the continuous development of today’s society and the comprehensive popularization of network technology, there is no doubt that it will become the mainstream of the times, and will inevitably play a crucial role in the construction of network technology libraries
