管理方格理论视域下村干部基层治理水平提升路径研究——基于小黑垡村书记、崔家峪村书记“头雁”领导行为分析
Research on the Improvement Path of Rural Cadres Governance Level from the Perspective of Management Grid Theory—A Case Study of the Xiaoheifa Village Secretary, Cuijiayu Village Secretary Leadership Behavior Analysis

本文首先介绍了管理方格论的内涵，由此提炼出村干部五种基本的领导行为，基于北京市大兴区小黑垡村村书记韩森、密云区崔家峪村村书记李尚隆为研究对象，分析探讨这些“头雁”的领导行为属于典型的团队型基层治理，并在此基础上总结出村干部基层治理水平提升的主要路径。
This article first introduces the connotation of the management grid theory, thus analyzes the village cadres’ five kinds of basic leadership behavior, based on the Xiaoheifa village secretary Hansen, Cuijiayu village as the research object, the analysis of the leadership behavior belongs to the typical team governance, and on the basis of the village cadres grassroots governance level promotion path.
