Abstract:

在思政课中进行精准施教对于培养新时代铁路人才意义重大,郑州铁路职业技术学院结合思政课教学的现状和问题提出构建更加合理有效的课程教育教学体系,实施精准教学。我校采取以下措施:坚持学生主体,丰富教学方法;把握两条主线,实施精准教学;强化三师引领,凝聚育人合力;促进四堂联动创新教学模式;实施五步教学优化教学流程;借助多种途径,健全评价体系等措施开展思政课精准教学研究,落实思政课“八个相统一”的原则,充分发挥学生主体性,提高教学的吸引力和实效性。
It is of great significance to train railway talents in the new era to carry out precise teaching in ideological and political course. Combining with the present situation and problems of ideological and political course teaching, Zhengzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College puts forward to construct a more reasonable and effective teaching system and implement precise teaching. Our School adopts the following measures: insisting on the students as the main body, enriching the teaching methods, grasping the two main lines, carrying out the precise teaching, strengthening the guidance of the three teachers, condensing the joint efforts in educating people, promoting the linkage of the four classes and innovating the teaching mode; five-step teaching, optimizing teaching process, carrying out precise teaching research of ideological and political course by means of various ways and perfecting evaluation system, implementing the principle of “eight-unity” of ideological and political course, giving full play to students’ subjectivity, improve the attractiveness and effectiveness of teaching.
