和谐管理视域下的高职院校行政管理改革浅析

Abstract:

高职院校行政管理对教师的成长和教学的有序开展具有重要影响。在新时代,教师承担着为民族伟大复兴培养时代新人的立德树人任务。因此,高职院校在日常行政管理过程中,应从教师的实际需求入手,创造性地转化行政管理范式和方法理念,并给予被管理者更多的自由和成长空间。传统的高职院校行政管理常导致非学术性劳心劳力和管理者与教师间的冲突。制度指令在一定程度上制约了教师的积极性和创造性,无法满足当前高职院校人才培养的需求。本文运用和谐管理理念,即温情化的人性管理理念对高职院校行政管理改革进行浅析。这一理念能够最大程度地激发被管理者的积极性和创造性,为高职院校培养时代新人发挥关键作用。因此,高职院校在行政管理改革过程中,应积极推动和谐管理理念的落实,树立以教师为中心的服务理念,构建温情化的和谐校园,更好地服务于地方和社会的发展。
The administrative management of higher vocational college has an important impact on the growth of teachers and the orderly development of teaching. In the new era, teachers undertake the task of cultivating new people of the times for the great rejuvenation of the nation. Therefore, in the process of daily administrative management, higher vocational college should start from the actual needs of teachers, creatively transform the administrative paradigm and methodological concepts, and give more freedom and growth space to the administrated. Traditional administrative management in higher vocational college often leads to non-academic labor and conflict between administrators and teachers. Institutional directives constrain teachers’ motivation and creativity to a certain extent and fail to meet the current needs of talent cultivation in higher vocational college. This paper applies the concept of harmonious management, i.e., the warm humanistic management concept to analyze the administrative reform of higher vocational college. This concept can maximize the enthusiasm and creativity of the administrators and play a key role in cultivating new talents in higher vocational college. Therefore, in the process of administrative reform, higher vocational college should actively promote the implementation of the concept of harmonious management, set up a teacher-centered service concept, build a warm and harmonious campus, and better serve the development of local and social.
