城市微更新背景下文化建设助推社区治理现代化研究——基于成都市Y片区的实践分析
Research on Community Cultural Governance Promoting Community Governance Modernization under the Background of Urban Micro-Renewal—Based on the Practice Analysis of Y District of Chengdu

社区文化治理旨在建构起合作共治的主体架构，借助市场与社会等多重机制，发挥社区文化的治理性功能，建构社群公共性的集体行动。社区治理现代化处于国家、社会治理现代化的基础地位，在社区治理现代化实践中，社区文化建设有助于打造更为持久的共建共治共享社区治理格局。本文深入分析城市微更新的背景下成都市Y片区文化建设取得的治理成效，思考如何利用文化治理来助推社区现代化治理。研究发现，提升共治程度、更新治理理念和增强文化认同是社区文化未来治理的改进方向。
Community cultural governance aims to build up the main structure of cooperation and co-governance, exert the governance function of community culture with the help of multiple mechanisms such as market and society, and construct collective actions of community publicity. The modernization of community governance is the foundation of the modernization of national and social governance. In the practice of the modernization of community governance, the construction of community culture helps to create a more lasting pattern of co-construction, co-governance and shared community governance. This paper deeply analyzes the governance effect of cultural construction in Y District of Chengdu under the background of urban micro-renewal, and considers how to use cultural governance to promote modern community governance. It is found that improving the degree of co-governance, renewing the governance concept and enhancing cultural identity are the improvement directions of community cultural governance in the future.
