|
Abstract:
Stress is ubiquitous in daily life and is a major risk factor for physical and mental health. Studies have found that stress has an important impact on prefrontal lobe-related cognitive function, especially cognitive flexibility. There have been many studies exploring the effects of stress on cognitive flexibility, but no unanimous conclusions have been reached. This paper explores the relationship between stress and cognitive flexibility in terms of the types of stressors and the differences in the task itself, which can better understand the past results. Future studies can further explore the relationship between the two with the help of some electrophysiology equipment.
