汉语新生词的语义衍化和功能嬗变——以“破防”为例
Semantic and Functional Evolution of Chinese Newborn Words—Taking “Po Fang” as an Example

“破防”是“破除防线”的缩略形式，最常见的意义为“人的心理防线被外界刺激冲破”，具有动词性语法特征。但经过现代传媒的批量复制和使用，其内涵和句法功能已经发生改变。表义功能及语法特征发生演变，在当代汉语新生词语使用中较为常见，现结合“破防”一词的语义衍化及语法嬗变，对这一现象进行探析。
“Po fang” is a shortened form of “breaking the line of defense”, with the most common meaning being “the psychological line of defense of a person broken by external stimuli”, and has verb-like grammatical features. But in mass use, its connotation and usage have changed. The evolution of semantic functions and grammatical features often occurs in the use of new words in contemporary Chinese. This article explores this phenomenon by looking into the origin, semantic and grammatical evolution of the word “Po fang”.
