网络社会的形成和发展使互联网逐渐成为意识形态斗争的主战场。高校肩负着为党育人、为国育才的重要使命，是开展意识形态安全教育的主阵地。在网络意识形态教育方面，当前高校存在着思想重视程度不够、教学体系不完善和人才队伍建设不足等问题。为了更好地提升网络意识形态安全教育的系统性、针对性和有效性，有效引导学生清醒认识当前意识形态斗争的必要性、复杂性和艰巨性，不断提高安全防范意识，增强对主流意识形态的认同，新时代高校加强网络意识形态安全教育要严格落实网络意识形态工作责任制，加快完善网络意识形态安全教育体系，不断壮大网络意识形态安全教育队伍。
The formation and development of network society make the Internet gradually become the main battlefield of ideological struggle. Colleges and universities shoulder the important mission of educating people for the party and the country, and are the main front of ideological safety education. In terms of network ideological education, there are some problems in colleges and universities, such as insufficient attention to ideology, imperfect teaching system and insufficient talent team construction. In order to better improve the systematicness, pertinence and effectiveness of network ideological security education, effectively guide students to clearly understand the necessity, complexity and arduousness of the current ideological struggle, continuously improve the awareness of security and enhance the recognition of the mainstream ideology, colleges and universities in the new era should strictly implement the responsibility system of network ideological work, accelerate the improvement of the network ideological security education system, and constantly expand the network ideological security education team in strengthening network ideological security education.
