美国UNMC药学人才培养理念对区域一流药学学科建设的启示

Abstract:

发展高等教育最根本的是要培养一流人才。培养一流人才的基础和核心是一流本科,办好一流本科就必须有一流专业作支撑。本文以美国内布拉斯加大学医学中心(UNMC)药学院教育理念、培养目标、教学手段、教学交流等为启示,反思地方高校教学及区域一流药学学科建设存在的不足,提出加快教育理念变革、加强信息技术与教育教学的融合、凝练以地区岗位胜任力为导向的人才培养机制和优化教师教学发展研究中心、提升教师教学能力、加强教学经验交流的建议和设想。
The development of higher education is the most fundamental to cultivating first-class talents. Cultivating first-class talents is the foundation and core of first-class undergraduate, and doing a good job of first-class undergraduate must have first-class professional support. This paper takes the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) College of Pharmacy’s educational philosophy, training objectives, teaching methods, teaching exchanges, etc. as a revelation, reflects on the deficiencies of teaching in local colleges and universities and the construction of regional first-class disciplines, and proposes to accelerate the change of educational philosophy, strengthen the integration of information technology and education and teaching, congeal the talent cultivation mechanism guided by the regional competency of the job, and optimise the teacher’s teaching development research centre, improve the teaching ability of teachers, and strengthen the exchange of teaching experience.
