针刺治疗多发性神经病作用机制的研究进展

Abstract:
多发性神经病是多种原因引起的一类周围神经病变,人群发病率相对较高,是单独的致死因素。针刺作为本病常用的非药物疗法,安全性和治疗效果均得到了广泛认可,本文就针刺治疗多发性神经病的可能作用机制,从神经传导、血流状态、自主神经功能、镇痛、抗炎等方面进行简要阐述,为临床和科研提供参考。
Polyneuropathy is a class of peripheral neuropathy of multiple causes, with a relatively high inci-dence in the population, and is a separate lethal factor. Acupuncture, as a commonly used non- pharmacological therapy for this disease, has been widely recognized for its safety and therapeutic effects. This article briefly describes the possible mechanisms of action of acupuncture in the treatment of polyneuropathy in terms of nerve conduction, blood flow status, autonomic function, analgesia, and anti-inflammation, to provide a reference for clinical and scientific research.
