Moral cultivation in the philosophy of the Book of Changes aims to understand the moral orientation of the Book of Changes in the Chinese philosophical tradition and the importance of its modern ap-plication. Starting from the historical and cultural background of the Book of Changes, we can know the development process of the Book of Changes as an ancient wisdom and its deep-rooted position in Chinese culture. Based on the Gua Xiang in the ancient text of the Book of Changes, this paper an-alyzes the inherent meaning of moral cultivation, interprets the core content of moral cultivation, and tries to summarize the main aspects of moral cultivation with modern significance. It is of great significance for shaping ethical values in modern society.
