Abstract:

以船用起重机双排异径球型回转支承的受力运转理论研究为基础,结合出现在船用起重机在使用过程中的抖动异响等故障现象,从此回转支承的设计、制造、装配、使用过程中分析出现故障的可能性原因,并提出相应的解决方法和预防措施。
Based on the theoretical research on the force-bearing operation of double-row spherical slewing bearings with different diameters for marine cranes, combined with the vibration and abnormal noise and other fault phenomena that occur during the use of marine cranes, the possible causes of failures in the design, manufacturing, assembly and use of slewing bearings have been analyzed and corresponding solutions and preventive measures are proposed.
