浅析河北永清秸秆扎刻的现状与保护
Analyzing the Current Situation and Protection Measures of Yongqing Carving in Hebei Province

扎刻技艺源远流长，自从它出现开始就被誉为“东方构成学典范”，同时它也是廊坊非物质文化遗产的代表性项目之一，具有较高的科学研究价值和艺术价值。本文以永清秸秆扎刻为研究对象，对永清秸秆扎刻的历史渊源以及名称由来、制作程序以及主要技法做一个简单的介绍，再利用文献分析法，归类分析法等方法剖析秸秆扎刻的价值以及它现在所面临的困境，最后在国家立法、国家和地方的财政、非物质文化遗产进入课堂、适度的市场化和宣传推广方面对永清秸秆扎刻提出一些行之有效的保护方法和保护措施。与其他民间乡艺一样，随着时代变迁，永清扎刻正陷入无人传承的尴尬境地。正因如此，本文通过对永清扎刻的渊源、价值以及它所面临困境进行研究，为永清扎刻的保护提出一些可行的措施。
The art of engraving has a long history. Since its appearance, it has been hailed as the “model of oriental constructivism”. At the same time, it is also one of the representative projects of the intangible cultural heritage of Langfang, with high scientific research value and artistic value. This paper takes Yongqing carving as the research object. It gives a brief introduction to its historical origin, name origin, production process and main techniques. Then, it analyzes the value of straw cutting and the difficulties it is facing by using literature analysis, classification analysis and other methods. Finally, some effective protection methods and measures are proposed for Yongqing straw carving in terms of national legislation, national and local finance, intangible cultural heritage into the classroom, moderate marketization and publicity and promotion. Like other folk arts, with the changes of the times, Yongqing carving is falling into the embarrassment of no inheritance. For this reason, this paper studies the origin, value and difficulties of Yong-qing carving, and puts forward some feasible measures for the protection of Yongqing carving.
