PEST分析下数字化养老服务发展对策研究

Abstract:
快速、大量进入老龄化的人口，使中国不得不面对这一现实而紧迫的问题，数字化发展迅速的今天，生活愈加便利，运用数字科技助力养老服务，为老年人带来时代便利，已是大势所趋。结合学界关于养老服务方面相关研究成果，利用PEST模型分析法，从政治、经济、社会和技术环境四个方面，分析当前宏观环境可能为数字化养老服务发展提供的机遇，以及存在的不利或阻碍发展的环境因素，希望能够借此提出完善改进的建议，为数字化养老服务良性发展提供更加适宜的环境。
With the rapid and large number of aging population, China has to face this realistic and urgent problem. The rapid development of digital today, life is becoming more and more convenient. It has become a general trend to use digital technology to help elderly care services and bring convenience to the elderly. Combined with the academic research results on elderly care services, this paper uses the PEST model to analyze the opportunities that the current macro environment may provide for the development of digital elderly care services, as well as the unfavorable or impeded development of environmental factors in the political, economic, social and technological environments, hoping to put forward suggestions for improvement , so as to provide a more suitable environment for the benign development of digital elderly care services.
