专有名词音译中英汉语辅音音系的对应
A Study of Consonantal Correspondence be-tween English and Chinese in the Transliteration of Proper Nouns

本文以“专有名词音译中英汉语辅音音系的对应”为题，重点研究了“专有名词音译中英汉语辅音音系对应的模式及规律”。通过文献的收集与整理，了解了该选题的研究现状和存在的不足。本文中的英汉专有名词取自维基百科及《飘》的八大译本，在收集语料和例证的基础上，认为专有名词音译遵循特定的模式：“源语言辅音音位→源语言辅音音位的区别性特征→目标语中对应的区别性特征→调整以及其他影响因素的影响→目标语辅音音位”。该结论对进一步研究此类课题具有一定的参考价值。
This research focuses on the topic of “consonantal correspondence between English and Chinese in the proper nouns transliteration”, studies the basic principles of how consonantal units corre-sponded in the E-C transliteration of proper names. On the basis of literature collection and sorting, the author has come to the facts and status quo as well as the problems remaining in the previous research. The thesis has collected adequate data and samples from Wikipedia as well as the book Gone with the Wind, and made effort to answer the research questions proposed, arriving at the conclusion that transliteration of proper names follows the pattern “consonant phonemes in SL (source language)→distinctive features in SL→correspondent distinctive features in TL (target language)→(adaptations and other influences)→consonant phonemes in TL”. It is hoped that these conclusions are of some value to future research on such topics.
