从众心理对大学生思想政治教育的影响研究
Study on the Influence of Herd Mentality on College Students’ Ideological and Political Education

从众心理作为大学生群体中普遍存在的一种心理现象，具体表现为学习从众、享乐从众、升学从众等。从众心理对大学生思想政治教育既有积极影响也有消极影响，思想政治教育也可以调控引导从众心理。分析从众心理与大学生思想政治教育之间的内在关联性，进而提出应对从众心理的思想政治教育策略从引导学生正确对待从众心理、做好大学生思想政治工作、借助榜样典范形成积极从众效应这三个方面开展，推动大学生思想政治教育工作的进一步发展。
Herd mentality is a kind of psychological phenomenon commonly found in college students’ groups, which is specifically manifested as learning herd, enjoyment herd, promotion herd and so on. Herd mentality has both positive and negative effects on the ideological and political education of college students, and ideological and political education can also regulate and guide the herd mentality. Analyzing the intrinsic correlation between herd mentality and ideological and political education of college students, we propose that the ideological and political education strategy to deal with herd mentality should be carried out in the following three aspects: guiding students to correctly treat herd mentality, doing a good job in ideological and political work of college students, and forming a positive effect of the herd with the help of role models, so as to promote the further de-velopment of the work of ideological and political education of college students.
