重庆市初中生学习压力与抑郁的关系:心理韧性的中介效应

Abstract:

目的:探究重庆市初中生学习压力、心理韧性与抑郁三者之间的关系,为促进中学生身心健康,降低抑郁发生率提供一定的实证依据。方法:采用中学生学习压力量表、青少年心理韧性量表及流调中心抑郁量表,运用分层整群抽样的方法对重庆市3所中学的1269名初中生进行调查,采用中介效应模型分析心理韧性在学习压力与抑郁症状间的中介效应。结果:重庆市初中生抑郁症状检出率为29.60%,心理韧性与学习压力、抑郁症状得分呈负相关,学习压力与抑郁症状得分呈正相关,心理韧性在模型中起到了部分中介效应,心理韧性的效应占比为48.83%。结论:重庆市初中生学习压力影响心理韧性的同时又间接影响了抑郁症状,心理韧性在学习压力抑郁症状之间起部分中介作用。
Purpose: To explore the relationship between study stress, resilience and depression among junior high school students in Chongqing, and to provide some empirical evidence to promote the physical and mental health of junior high school students and reduce the incidence of depression. Methods: Using the Study Stress Scale for Middle School Students, the Adolescent Resilience Scale, and the Streaming Center Depression Scale, 1269 junior high school students from three middle schools in Chongqing were surveyed using stratified cluster sampling, and the mediation effect model was used to analyze the mediation effect of resilience between study stress and depressive. Results: The detection rate of depressive among junior high school students in Chongqing was 29.60%, resilience was negatively correlated with study stress and depressive scores, and study stress was positively correlated with depressive scores, and resilience played a partial mediating effect in the model, and the effect ratio of resilience was 48.83%. Conclusion: Study stress of junior high school students in Chongqing City affects resilience while indirectly affecting depressive, and resilience plays a par-tially mediating role between study stress and depressive.
