基于大学生从众心理的思想政治教育研究

Abstract:
大学生目前处于成长和探索阶段,正在经历身心逐步成熟、完善自我认知和加强社会适应的重要时期。从众心理作为一种心理倾向,在大学生群体中普遍存在。如何利用大学生的从众心理进行思想政治教育成为高校思想政治教育工作者的重要课题。本文从心理学的角度出发,在探讨影响大学生产生从众心理的因素的基础上,分析了从众心理对思想政治教育的双重影响,强调了从众心理可以作为提升思想政治教育工作效果的有力引导工具。在思想政治教育的过程中,正确认识并运用大学生的从众心理,不仅有利于大学生身心的健康发展,而且也有助于提高思想政治教育的实效性,进而实现思想政治教育的目标。
College students are currently in a stage of growth and exploration, undergoing a crucial period of gradual physical and mental maturation, self-awareness enhancement, and strengthened social adaptation. Conformity psychology, as a psychological tendency, is prevalent within the college stu-dent community. How to harness college students’ conformity psychology for ideological and politi-cal education has become a significant concern for higher education practitioners. This paper takes a psychological perspective, delving into the factors influencing the emergence of conformity psy-chology among college students. It analyzes the dual impact of conformity psychology in ideological and political education, highlighting its potential as a potent guiding tool to enhance the effective-ness of ideological and political education efforts. In the process of ideological and political educa-tion, a proper understanding and utilization of college students’ conformity psychology not only contribute to their holistic development but also facilitate the enhancement of the practicality of ideological and political education, ultimately achieving the objectives of such education.
