基于乡村旅居环境的邻里交往空间适老化设计初探
A Preliminary Study on Aging Suitable Design of Neighborhood Communication Space Based on Rural Tourist Living Environment

人口老龄化是我国以及世界各国共同面临的问题，第七次全国人口普查的结果显示，我国人口老龄化趋势明显加重，出现了未富先老现象。随着我国经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的提高，老年人对生活质量的要求也逐渐提升。2021年山东省政府办公厅公布《山东省“十四五”养老服务体系规划》(简称《规划》)，提出健全老年人关爱服务体系，拓展旅居养老、文化养老、健康养老等新型消费领域。乡村作为旅居养老的首选地，经过近几年乡村振兴战略的扶持，虽使得农村面貌焕然一新，但改造过于笼统而造成千村一面的状况，没有特色可言并缺少对老年群体的关照。因此，本文以泰安市王林坡村为例，探究在乡村振兴发展背景下的文旅村落中，找到适合老年人旅居生活的邻里空间环境改造的方法，并通过分析传统乡村的邻里空间的现状、平面布局特征以及制约因素，对旅居环境中的邻里空间适老化提出相应的改造策略，发挥村内特色传统文化优势，以期实现对老年人友好的乡村邻里空间改造，同时满足现代社会养老的需求。
Population aging is a common problem faced by China and other countries in the world. The results of the seventh national population census show that the trend of population aging in China is obviously aggravated, and there is a phenomenon of getting old before getting rich. With the rapid development of our country’s economy and the improvement of people’s living standards, the old people’s demand for quality of life has gradually improved. In 2021, the General Office of the Shandong Provincial Government announced the “Plan for the 14th Five-Year Plan for the Elderly Service System in Shandong Province” (referred to as the “Plan”), proposing to improve the care and service system for the elderly and continuously enhance the sense of gain, expand new consumption areas such as residential elderly care, cultural elderly care, and health elderly care. Rural areas are the first choice for living for the elderly. After the support of the rural revitalization strategy in recent years, although the rural areas have taken on a new look, the transformation is too general, resulting in a situation of thousands of villages with no charac-teristics and lack of care for the elderly. Therefore, this paper takes Wanglinpo Village of Tai’an City as an example to explore cultural tourism villages under the background of rural revitalization and development, and find out the method of neighborhood space environment transformation suitable for the elderly living in the country. By analyzing the current situation, layout characteristics and constraints of the traditional rural neighborhood space, this paper proposes corresponding transformation strategies for the aging of the neighborhood space in the tourist living environment. Give full play to the advantages of traditional culture in the village, in order to realize the transformation of rural neighborly communication space friendly to the elderly, and meet the needs of modern society for the elderly.
