基于文旅融合的历史街区改造设计——以镇江新河街为例
Renovation Design of Historical District Based on Cultural and Tourism Integration—Taking Zhenjiang Xinhe Street as an Example

该研究基于文旅融合和历史街区改造更新的理论，针对新河街的改造提出了五大设计原则。在此基础上，重新规划设计了新河街的空间布局，并对建筑外观和内部空间进行了设计实践。该研究结合镇江地域文化，对于打造适应新时代文旅需求的历史街区以及为后续研究以及其他相关历史街区的改造提供理论参考和实践方法。
Based on the theory of cultural and tourism integration and the renovation and renewal of historic districts, this study puts forward five design principles for the renovation of Xinhe Street. On this basis, the spatial layout of Xinhe Street was re-planned and designed, and the design practice of the exterior and interior space of the building was carried out. Combined with the regional culture of Zhenjiang, this study provides theoretical reference and practical methods for building historical districts that meet the needs of cultural tourism in the new era, as well as for follow-up research and the transformation of other related historical districts.
