学校管理视角下流动儿童学习成绩不良原因及对策探究

Abstract:
流动儿童学习成绩不良问题是一个长期存在且阻碍其向上发展的重要问题,有效缓解流动儿童成绩不良状况对教育发展、个人成长以及城市建设都具有重要的价值和意义。当前流动儿童学习成绩不良问题的主要表现为教育的流动性和不连续性导致学习基础薄弱、不当的学习习惯和方法难以助力学业提升、学习求助渠道受阻导致缺乏学业指导、产生亚文化群体导致偏离学习轨道。研究基于学校管理视角对流动儿童学习成绩不良问题进行原因探析,积极探寻学校管理方面的解决对策:营造多元包容的校园文化氛围、推进教师支持措施、课内课外进行针对性教育、实行多元评价体系。
The problem of poor academic performance of migrant children is an important problem that exists for a long time and hinders their upward development. Effectively alleviating the situation of poor academic performance of migrant children is of great value and significance to educa-tional development, personal growth and urban construction. At present, the poor academic performance of migrant children is mainly manifested in the weak learning foundation caused by the mobility and discontinuity of education, the difficulty of improper study habits and methods to help academic improvement, the lack of academic guidance caused by the blocked channels for learning help, and the deviation of learning track caused by the generation of sub-cultural groups. Based on the perspective of school management, this study analyzes the causes of the poor academic performance of migrant children, and actively explores the solutions of school management: creating a diversified and inclusive campus culture atmosphere, promoting teachers’ support measures, carrying out targeted education inside and outside class, and implementing a diversified evaluation system.
