基于导师制的高校本科生培养模式实践与展望
Practice and Prospect of College Undergraduate Cultivating Mode Based on Tutorial System

在高等教育普及化的时代背景下，人才培养日益引起社会各界的广泛关注，如何创新培养模式、提高教学质量已成为高等教育发展的首要任务。育才造士，为国之本。随着导师制在高校院所的实施，成效显著，但也暴露出一些问题，本文就高等教育下导师制在实践中遇到的困境，探讨了本科生导师制的发展内涵及意义，并提出完善导师制的具体措施，以期提高学生综合素养和教学质量，推动人才培养模式的优化。
Under the background of popularization of higher education, personnel training has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life. How to innovate the training mode and improve the teaching quality has become the primary task for the development of higher education. Cultivating talents and making scholars is the foundation of the country. With the implementation of class tuto-rial system in colleges and universities, remarkable results have been achieved, but some problems have also been exposed. Based on the difficulties encountered in the practice of off-duty tutorial system in higher education, this paper discusses the connotation and significance of the development of undergraduate tutorial system, and puts forward specific measures to improve the tutorial system, in order to improve students’ comprehensive quality and teaching quality, and promote the optimization of talent training mode.
