外资企业社会责任与可持续发展研究——以联合利华为例

Abstract:
随着对外开放的深入,越来越多的外商投资企业进入中国市场,当这些企业在中国享有国民待遇、优惠政策时,它们也越来越重视履行企业社会责任,从而提升企业的品牌声誉。联合利华作为全球最大的日用消费品公司之一,自2010年起就在全球范围内发布了可持续行动计划。本文基于低碳经济的大背景之下,从企业社会责任的组成部分、企业可持续发展的要素两部分来研究联合利华企业社会责任对可持续发展的影响,并且对如何更好地实现可持续发展进行分析和探究,以此提出应对建议,为外资企业迎合低碳经济、可持续发展提供参考性意见。研究发现,联合利华积极履行社会责任,实现可持续发展,减少对环境不利的影响,最终实现社会、消费者以及品牌的共赢。
With the deepening of opening up to the outside world, more and more foreign-invested enterprises are entering the Chinese market. When these enterprises enjoy national treatment and preferential policies in China, they are also paying more and more attention to fulfilling their corporate social responsibility, thereby enhancing their brand reputation. Unilever, as one of the world’s largest consumer goods companies, has released sustainable action plans globally since 2010. This article is based on the context of a low-carbon economy, and studies the impact of Unilever’s corporate social responsibility on sustainable development from two aspects: the components of corporate social responsibility and the elements of sustainable development. It also analyzes and explores how to better achieve sustainable development, and proposes cor-responding suggestions to provide reference opinions for foreign-funded enterprises to cater to the low-carbon economy and sustainable development. Research has found that Unilever actively fulfills its social responsibility, achieves sustainable development, reduces adverse impacts on the environment, and ultimately achieves a win-win situation for society, consumers, and the brand.
