社区养老服务发展研究——基于CiteSpace可视化分析

目的：全面清楚地展示出社区养老服务体系发展的研究现状、研究热点和变化趋势。方法：凭借CiteSpace软件对中国知网收录的社区养老服务体系发展相关的文献进行分析。结果：社区养老服务体系发展领域学者、机构合作不够紧密，研究焦点包含社区养老、养老服务、居家养老等，研究变化趋势包括社区养老、医养结合、养老服务体系和社区居家养老等。结论：随着老龄化进程加快，应当完善政府监管体系，规范养老服务市场发展；促进社区养老服务社会化发展，发挥政府、企业、家庭多方力量作用；细化老年人需求，共性服务与个性服务有机结合；鼓励养老服务社会化专业培训，建立完善的养老服务人员队伍；树立积极老龄观，引入预防理念构建持续照顾养老服务体系。
Objective: To comprehensively and clearly demonstrate the research status, research hotspots and change trends of the development of community elderly care service system. Methods: The literature related to the development of community elderly care service system indexed by CNKI was analyzed by CiteSpace software. Results: The cooperation between scholars and institutions in the field of community elderly care service system development was not close enough, and the research focus included community elderly care, elderly care services, home care, etc., and the research trends included community elderly care, medical and elderly care integration, elderly care service system and community home care. Conclusion: With the acceleration of the aging process, the government supervision system should be improved and the development of the elderly care service market should be standardized. It promotes the socialized development of community elderly care services, and gives play to the multi-party role of the government, enterprises and families, refines the needs of the elderly, and organically combines common services with personalized services, encourages professional training in the socialization of elderly care services, and establishes a sound team of elderly care service personnel. It establishes a positive view of aging, introduces the concept of prevention, and builds a continuous care service system.
