网络视域下青少年手机使用过度的主要问题及解决路径

Abstract:
探讨网络视域下青少年手机过度使用的解决路径是对当代青少年教育需求的积极回应。目前,手机低龄化现象日趋严重,小屏幕中虚拟构造的网络空间使得青少年逐步沦为数字科技下的附庸品。因此,网络视域下的青少年手机使用教育要以青少年自身发展为中心,以家庭环境、学校教育、法规建设为关键实施路径,力求在具身体验中培养青少年的自律意识。同时,为应对青少年心理多样化需求、手机多样化功能诱导、家庭教育缺位及大众媒体把关不足等一系列的挑战,需发挥好家庭、学校、社会的核心育人作用,争取做到学校、社会配合形成以家庭为中心的“三位一体”的“控瘾作用”。
Discussing the solution to the overuse of teenagers’ mobile phones under the network perspective is a positive response to the educational needs of contemporary teenagers. At present, the aging phenomenon of mobile phones is becoming more and more serious, and the virtual network space in the small screen makes teenagers gradually become vassals of digital technology. The mobile phone use education of teenagers under the network perspective should focus on the development of teenagers themselves, take the family environment, school education and legal measures as the key implementation path, and strive to cultivate the self-discipline awareness of teenagers in physical experience. In order to meet a series of challenges such as psychological diversified needs of teenagers, mobile phone diversified function induction, lack of family education and insufficient control of mass media, we give full play to the core educational role of family, school and society, and strive to achieve the cooperation between school and society to form a family-centered “trinity” of “addiction control”.
