我国农业户籍人口的社会保障满意度及其影响因素——基于CSS2021的实证分析

社会保障是民生安全之本，也是社会稳定之基。基于对CSS2021数据分析我国农业户籍人口的社会保障满意度及其影响因素，研究发现：一方面，受教育年限、政治面貌、家庭总收入、婚姻状况对于农业户籍人口的社会保障满意度具有显著影响，但是这种影响非常有限。参保情况影响社会保障满意度，参保的农业户籍人口的社会保障满意度比未参保要高。另一方面，社会保障公平感、政府提供社会保障评价、社会保障认知与社会状况评价对于农业户籍人口的社会保障满意度均呈现显著影响。据此提出对策建议：一是加强社会保障政策宣传力度，鼓励更多农业户籍人口参保；二是引导农业户籍人口树立理性的政策预期；三是了解农业户籍人口的社会保障需求，提供更为精准的社会保障。
Social security is the foundation of people’s livelihood security and social stability. Based on the data of CSS2021, this paper analyzes the social security satisfaction of agricultural registered population in China and its influencing factors, and finds that: on the one hand, education years, political outlook, total family income and marital status have a significant impact on the social security satisfaction of agricultural registered population, but this impact is very limited. The participation in insurance affects the satisfaction of social security, and the social security satisfaction of the agricultural registered population is higher than that of the uninsured population. On the other hand, the sense of social security fairness, the evaluation of social security provided by the government, the cognition of social security and the evaluation of social status all have significant effects on the social security satisfaction of the agricultural registered population. Based on this, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: first, strengthening the propaganda of social security policies and encouraging more agricultural registered population to participate in insurance; The second is to guide the agricultural registered population to establish rational policy expectations; The third is to understand the social security needs of the agricultural registered population and provide more accurate social security.
