“互联网+”视域下医务社会工作的困境破解与发展路径研究
Research on Dilemma Solving and Development Path of Medical Social Work from the Perspective of “Internet+”

信息技术的发展与新冠肺炎疫情的流行给互联网技术融入社会工作带来机遇与发展，同时医务社会工作作为近年来重点推动铺开的政府项目也发展迅速。本文认为，将“互联网+”技术融入医务社会工作是可能的探索趋势和发展路径。本文通过对8位医务社会工作者的访谈，发现当前医务社会工作存在的主要困境，分为定位难清、管理难善和服务难施，并提出通过“互联网+”技术实现创新对外宣传方式、加大统筹资源效率和线上开展服务从而突破困境。文章最后分析了“互联网+”技术突破策略的优势和劣势，并指出要在循序渐进的节奏下探索“互联网+”融入医务社会工作发展路径，以削弱可能存在的风险。
The rapid development of information technology, coupled with the prevalence of the COVID-19 pandemic, has brought about opportunities and advancements for the integration of Internet technology into social work practices. Concurrently, medical social work, as a government initia-tive extensively promoted in recent years, has also experienced significant growth. This paper proposes that the integration of “Internet+” technology into medical social work represents a potential trend and developmental pathway. To support this assertion, the study conducted interviews with eight medical social workers to identify the major challenges faced in the field, namely, unclear positioning, inadequate management, and difficulties in service delivery. Subsequently, the paper puts forward the utilization of “Internet+” technology as an exploration to overcome these challenges, emphasizing innovative external communication strategies, enhanced resource coordination, and the facilitation of online service delivery. Lastly, the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of adopting “Internet+” technology in medical social work, highlighting the need for a gradual and cautious exploration to mitigate potential risks.
