农村人口文化特质与数字鸿沟的关系研究——基于2017年中国综合社会调查的分析
Research on the Relationship between Cultural Characteristics of Rural Population and Digital Divide—Based on the Analysis of the 2017 China General Social Survey

在数字乡村建设的背景下，解决农村人口的数字鸿沟问题已逐渐成为了下一步工作的重点。根据文化决定论我们可以了解到，农村人口所产生的数字鸿沟问题受文化特质的影响。基于最新的CGSS2017数据来实证检验文化特质对农村人口数字鸿沟的影响。研究结果揭示了农村人口中不同年龄组和性别之间存在显著的数字鸿沟，并且文化特质对这种鸿沟的影响存在明显差异。具体而言，认知型数字鸿沟主要源于教育和文化水平的差异，而应用型数字鸿沟的出现则主要归因于薄弱的特定文化特质。因此，从农村“新基建”建设、农村特定群体信息渠道建设、农村人口教育文化水平提升等方面综合推进，对于增强农村“新基建”的文化特质，有效弥合农村人口数字鸿沟问题至关重要。
In the context of digital village construction, it has become increasingly important to solve the digital divide problem of rural population. A cultural determinist perspective suggests that the digital divide among rural populations is influenced by cultural idiosyncrasies. Based on the latest CGSS2017 data to empirically test the impact of cultural characteristics on the digital divide of rural population, the findings reveal a significant digital divide among different age groups and genders in the rural population, and there are significant differences in the impact of cultural traits on this divide. Specifically, the cognitive digital divide is mainly due to differences in education and cultural levels, while the emergence of the applied digital divide is mainly attributed to weak specific cultural traits. Therefore, the comprehensive promotion of the construction of rural “new infrastructure”, the construction of information channels for specific rural groups, and the improvement of the educational and cultural level of the rural population are crucial to enhancing the cultural characteristics of the rural “new infrastructure” and effectively bridging the digital divide among the rural population.
