乡村振兴背景下网络社会工作的实践空间及伦理困境
The Practical Space and Ethical Dilemma of Network Social Work under the Background of Rural Revitalization

随着信息通信技术的蓬勃发展，社会已然进入了“互联网+”时代，这是一种区别于传统行业的新发展业态。就社会工作行业而言，实现与“互联网+”的深度融合是社会工作实现创新发展的需要，也是时代发展的必然要求。近年来，社会工作与“互联网+”日趋融合，逐渐形成了网络社会工作的新发展模式，为社会工作助力乡村振兴开辟了全新的实践空间。社会工作与“互联网+”的融合既提高了社会工作的管理和服务质量，也为传统社会工作实务的发展带来了诸多挑战，由此引发一些新的伦理议题亟需加以审视。本文主要探讨了传统社会工作发展的瓶颈，分析网络社会工作的产生及其在乡村振兴场域中的实践空间与伦理困境，并提出应对策略。
With the vigorous development of information and communication technology, the society has entered the era of “Internet+”, which is a new development business format that is different from the traditional industries. As far as the social work industry is concerned, realizing the deep integration with the “Internet+” is the need of social work to achieve innovative development, and also the inevitable requirement of the development of The Times. In recent years, social work has been increasingly integrated with the “Internet+” policy, gradually forming a new development model of online social work, and opening up a new practical space for social work to help rural revitalization. The integration of social work and “Internet+” not only improves the management and service quality of social work, but also brings many challenges to the development of traditional social work practice, which leads to some new ethical issues that need to be examined urgently. This paper mainly discusses the bottleneck of the development of traditional social work, analyzes the emergence of network social work and its practical space and ethical dilemma in the rural revitalization field, and puts forward the coping discussion.
