红色校史文化精神以优秀传统文化为载体，充分挖掘红色校史文化的精神资源，很大程度上影响着思想政治教育协同育人的思考和建构。红色校史文化精神中思想政治教育资源开发遵循三重逻辑，依照互动价值逻辑、内在问题逻辑、创新践行逻辑为脉络厘清研究思路。做好汇聚育人主体合力，建设顶层、中层、基层三级格局，激发客体内在动力，生成潜在意识，优化创新平台，实现红色校史文化精神中的思想政治教育资源有效开发和利用。
The cultural spirit of red school history is carried by excellent traditional culture, fully tapping into the spiritual resources of red school history culture, which greatly affects the thinking and construction of collaborative education of ideological and political education. The development of ideological and political education resources in the cultural spirit of red school history follows a triple logic, clarifying research ideas based on the logic of interactive value, internal problem, and innovative practice.
