试从“运输”一词谈国际海运公约的词语特征及翻译方法——以《鹿特丹规则》为例
On the Lexical Characteristics and Translation Methods of the International Maritime Convention from the Perspective of “Transport”—Taking Rotterdam Rules as an Example

国际海事公约是维护各国海上航行安全、提高船舶航行效率的重要保障。海事公约的翻译历来受到重视。本文通过自建小型语料库，运用抽样和定量的方法研究了海事公约中词语的语言特点及其翻译方法，指出海事词语有法律化和规范化的特点，直译是海事公约词汇翻译中最常见的译法。
International maritime conventions are an important guarantee for maintaining the safety of maritime navigation of various countries and improving the efficiency of ship navigation. The translation of maritime conventions has always been valued. This paper studies the linguistic characteristics and translation methods of words in maritime conventions by using sampling and quantitative methods through self-built small corpus, and points out that maritime words have the characteristics of legalization and standardization, and literal translation is the most common translation method in the translation of maritime convention vocabulary.
