“知假买假”现象的问题研究——以消费者权益保护视角分析
Research on the Phenomenon of “Knowing and Buying Fake Products”—From the Perspective of Consumer Rights Protection

随着《消费者权益保护法》的制定以来，我国市场经济发展繁荣，假冒伪劣商品随之出现，这都严重的侵害了我们身为消费者的权益，甚至会对我们的人身安全造成危害，同时也诞生了一些所谓的新型职业“打假”。这也暴露出了一个重要的问题，这种知假买假行为是否被法律所允许。在当前，知假买假现象依旧很频繁，在学理上和法律实践当中存在着“知假买假”的法律适用问题，所以本文将针对这个问题进行论述。
With the enactment of the “protection law of consumer rights and interests”, our country market economy has been developing and flourishing, and fake and inferior commodities have appeared subsequently, which seriously infringe our rights and interests as consumers, even harm our personal safety; at the same time, some so-called new profession “fake and inferior commodities” have been born. It also raises an important question about whether such behavior is permitted by law. At present, the phenomenon of buying fake information is still very frequent. In theory and legal practice, there is a legal application problem of “buying fake information”, so this paper will discuss this problem.
