城市更新背景下老旧小区改造的现状与对策研究
Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Renovation of Old Residential Areas under the Background of Urban Renewal

作为城市更新行动至关重要的一步，老旧小区改造持续受到社会的关注。为了进一步探索我国老旧小区改造的可持续机制，借助CiteSpace知识图谱分析软件，对中国知网数据库中2013~2021年中关于中国老旧小区改造研究的一百七十二篇学术论文进行了可视化分析，并绘制出关键词时区图谱、高频关键词共现图谱和聚类图谱，来分析老旧小区改造的热点问题和趋势。通过分析老旧小区改造过程所存在的现状与问题，提出了相应的解决路径。研究结果可以为合理地制定老旧小区改造策略提供参考。
As a crucial step in urban renewal, the renovation of old communities continues to attract the at-tention of the society. In order to further explore the sustainable mechanism of the renovation of old communities in my country, with the help of CiteSpace knowledge map analysis software, make a visual analysis of 172 academic papers on the renovation of China’s old communities from 2013 to 2021 in the CNKI database and draw the keyword time zone map, high-frequency keyword co-occurrence map and cluster map to analyze the hot issues and trends in the renovation of old communities. By analyzing the status quo and problems existing in the renovation process of old communities, the corresponding solutions are put forward. The research results can provide a reference for rationally formulating old community renovation strategies.
