江西红色文化资源融入高校红色班级路径探索——以东华理工大学红色班级“星火班”为例
A Study on the Integration of Jiangxi Red Cultural Resources into the Construction of College Red Classes—Taking East China University of Technology’s Red Class “Spark Class” as an Example

当代大学生们都是社会主义事业的接班人和建设者，是红色革命文化的继承者。现在江西高校如何充分利用革命老区丰富的红色文化资源，培育高校学生的红色文化自信，成为一个值得深入研究的问题。本研究以东华理工大学“星火班”为例，依据党建带团建的原则，紧密结合东华理工大学核军工精神铸魂育人主线，与苏区精神、井冈山精神等红色精神有机融合，构建红色班级文化熏陶、人才队伍培育、实践活动培育三大育人工程，以此赓续红色血脉，传承和弘扬江西红色文化精神。
Contemporary college students are the successors and builders of the socialist cause and the inheritors of the red revolutionary culture. Now how to make full use of the rich red culture resources in the old revolutionary base areas and cultivate the students’ confidence in red culture has become a problem worth further study. This study takes East China University of Technology’s “spark class” as an example, based on the principle of party building leading league building, closely combining with the spirit of East China University of Technology’s nuclear military industry, and organically integrating with the red spirits such as Soviet spirit and Jinggangshan spirit, and constructing three educational projects: red class culture edification, talent team cultivation and practical activities cultivation, so as to continue the red vein and inherit and carry forward the red cultural spirit of Jiangxi.
